You can earn Rewards by shopping at Office Depot. Present your Worklife Rewards™ Member Card or provide
your Membership Number when you are shopping in-store, by phone, or
on-line. |

As a Worklife Rewards™ Member, how will I earn a Reward, and when
would I receive my Office Depot Reward Card?

You'll receive 10% back in Rewards on ink, toner, paper and our
Design, Print & Ship™ services PLUS 1% back in Rewards on nearly
everything else when you earn least $10 in Rewards.
Example: Spend $50 on ink (accrue $5 in Rewards); $300 on a
computer desk and $200 on a office chair (accrue $5 in Rewards)
$5 PLUS $5 = $10 in
Rewards
Example: Spend $100 on paper (accrue $10 in Rewards) and $250 on
a camera (accrue $2.50 in Rewards)
$10 PLUS $2.50 =
$12.50 in Rewards
Office Depot Reward Cards are issued within 60 days after the end
of each quarter. If you earn less than $10 in Rewards during a
quarter, your Rewards will carry over from quarter to quarter for a
calendar year.

If you enrolled using the Member Number printed on the Member Card enclosed in the program brochure, that is your permanent Member Card. If you did not use a pre-printed Member Number during your enrollment, you will receive your permanent Member Card in approximately 4 - 6 weeks.

Will Office Depot reward cards expire?

Office Depot reward cards are valid for 90 days. If you do not
use your Office Depot Reward Card during the specified period, the
reward card will expire.

Can I submit a request to add a missing purchase made before I registered into the program?

If your member number was given at the time of the transaction, the purchase will automatically be applied after you register. You must register in the quarter the transaction was made or in the following reward quarter to receive credit. If your member number was not scanned at the time of transaction, then it cannot be applied.

Yes, go online to www.myworkliferewards.com
and click on the "Log In" button. Enter your Member Number and PIN
and click the "Log In" button again. Then click on the "Add a
Purchase" link. You need to select if you would like to add either a
Store Purchase or Delivery Order and click the "Submit" button. You
will need your sales receipt in order to enter the required
information. Once the information is entered, you need to click the
"Submit" button in order for the purchase to be added. To add a
purchase, you can also call Worklife Rewards™ Member Services at 1.866.322.3225, Monday to
Friday, 9am to 8pm, EST. Please make certain that you have your
receipt or invoice available when calling Member Services.

Can I submit a request to add a purchase from a
previous calendar year?
|
 |
Unfortunately, we are unable to add previous calendar year
purchases to your Worklife Rewards account. Missing transactions for
purchases made within the current calendar year may be added at any
time during the current calendar year, but must be added by January
3 of the following calendar year. Purchases made during a prior
calendar year cannot be added. During the calendar year, you can
carry over rewards from quarter to quarter if the minimum
requirement is not met.

All rebates will automatically accrue and be summarized on your
monthly billing statement. The rebate total from your previous
statement will automatically be applied as a statement credit in the
next billing statement containing an Office Depot® purchase. You
only need to make one Office Depot® purchase per month for any
amount and your statement credit will automatically be applied. If
you do not make an Office Depot® purchase in a given month, your
rebates will continue to accrue and be summarized on your monthly
billing statement. They will be applied the next month that an
Office Depot® purchase is made.

- Total savings represent the cumulative earnings in Rewards and
Rebates when you use both your Worklife Rewards™ membership card
and your Worklife Rewards™ Visa Credit Card. Rewards and Rebates
are earned and reported separately and will appear on your Worklife
Rewards™ quarterly reward statement or Worklife Rewards™ Visa
billing statement, respectively.
- Length of your introductory period will be either 6 billing
cycles from account opening or 3 billing cycles from account
opening for purchases and balance transfers depending on our review
of your application and credit history. APR is valid for
introductory period so long as you comply with the terms of your
account. Also, we apply payments to introductory balances before
balances with higher APRs. This means that the length of your
introductory period may vary based on your payment amounts and the

PurchasEdge Rewards. This is a program that rewards our best
customers for shopping at Office Depot. Simply spend $250 on HP
brand ink, toner or paper during a Program Rewards Period at any
Office Depot store in the USA, online at www.officedepot.com
or by phone at 1-800-GO-DEPOT and earn 4% back on the total spent,
which can then be redeemed for HP printers and/or HP paper at Office
Depot stores in the USA.

As a Worklife Rewards member, how will I earn
HP PurchasEdge Rewards, and when would I receive my HP PurchasEdge
Rewards card?

You must sign up to participate in HP PurchasEdge Rewards My
Special Offer Promotion at www.myworkliferewards.com.
Then, just present your Worklife Rewards membership card or provide
your membership number when you are shopping in-store, by phone or
online.
Office Depot® Worklife Rewards™ Members ("Worklife Member") who signed up to receive rewards ("HP PurchasEdge Rewards") on purchases of HP® brand ink, toner and paper made at Office Depot® during September 1, 2007 through December 31, 2008 will not need to sign up again to earn rewards during 2009.
Once you spend a minimum of $250 on HP ink, toner or paper at Office
Depot during a Program Rewards Period, members will receive 4% back in
rewards, issued in the form of a HP PurchasEdge Rewards card. If you
have spent less than $250 during a reward period, your rewards will
carry forward to the next rewards period until the end of the calendar year. All unrewarded purchases will expire December 31 of each year.
HP PurchasEdge Rewards cards are issued 60 days after the end of
each Program Rewards Period.

No, HP PurchasEdge Rewards will be issued separately in the form

after the card is expired.
