You can join the Worklife Rewards® program online at www.myworkliferewards.com, in any Office Depot store, or by phone at 1.866.322.3225. If you enroll in-store or over the phone, you must complete your registration online at www.myworkliferewards.com. |

The Worklife Rewards® program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico who are at least 18 years of age. Contract Sales, State, Municipal and Federal Government accounts and resellers are not eligible to participate in the program. |

How can I earn Rewards?

Present your Member number every time you shop at Office Depot® in-store, online, or by phone. You’ll receive 10% back in Rewards on ink, toner, paper and copy and print services. Throughout the year you may have the opportunity to earn Bonus Rewards on additional products. |

Do Unpaid Rewards carry over?

Your Rewards will expire at the end of any Rewards period in which you have earned less than $10. |

We now issue Rewards Certificates online. To continue to receive your Rewards, you must update your member profile with a valid email address, username, password, and security question/answer.
To keep your account secure we may also ask you to confirm your identity by answering two questions. |

Why am I being asked to verify my identity?

We’ve implemented new security measures to protect your information. To keep your account secure we may ask you to confirm your identity by answering two questions. You will only be asked to verify your identity once. |

How do I complete my registration?

Visit the homepage and enter your member ID number in the Complete Your Registration section and click “Complete”. |

Why do I need to complete my registration?

We now issue Rewards Certificates online. To receive your certificate, new members must complete their registration at www.myworkliferewards.com. To keep your account secure, please answer two questions to confirm your identity. |

How do I change my member profile information?

Log in to your account, click on the “Member Profile” link. To save your revised information, be sure to click “Submit”. |

Why do you need my email address?

We now issue Rewards Certificates online. An email notification will be sent to members when their Rewards Certificate is ready to print. You can also access your Rewards Certificate by logging in to your account and clicking on “Get My Rewards.” |

Can I log in with my member number instead of my username?

Yes. You can use your member number instead of your username to log in. |

Can I log in with my PIN instead of my password?

If you have not updated your member profile with a username and password, you will be able to log in with your four digit PIN as your temporary password. You will then be prompted to update your profile.
Once your profile is updated, you will no longer be able to log in with your four digit PIN. |

Why do I need to create a password if I already have a PIN?
|
 |
We recently changed the log in requirements for the website. You must update your member profile with a password that contains 8-10 characters with at least one uppercase letter and one number. |

Can I change my username?

Your username cannot be changed. |
 |

What if I forget my username?
|
 |
Visit the homepage and click the “Forgot?” link located in the Member Login section. Enter the telephone number you provided when you enrolled in the program and click “Submit." You can also log in with your 10 digit Member number. Your username can be found on the Member Profile page after logging in to your account. |

What if I forget my password?
|

Visit www.myworkliferewards.com and click the “Forgot?” link located in the Member Login section. Enter your username or member number and click the “Submit” button. You will be asked to confirm your identity by answering the security question and then click “Submit.” From there, you will be asked to reset your password. As a reminder, your password has at least one uppercase letter and at least one number. |

Log in to your account, click on the “Rewards Status” link and you can check your Rewards Status Statement. As a reminder, bonus and recycling Rewards may take up to 6 weeks to post to your account. |

What are the Rewards periods?

You will earn Rewards during the following periods:
- January 1 – March 31
- April 1 – June 30
- July 1 – September 30

When and how will I receive my Rewards Certificate?

Rewards Certificates are issued when a minimum of $10 has been earned within a Rewards period. Rewards Certificates are now issued online within 30 days after the end of the Rewards period. |

What if I don’t want to receive my Rewards Certificate online?

 |
With online Rewards you will get your Rewards Certificate sooner and can access them anytime, anywhere. You will get an email notification when your Rewards Certificate is ready to print. You can also access your certificate by logging in to your account and clicking “Get My Rewards". |

I have enough Rewards for a Rewards Certificate, but I don’t see one on my account. Why?

You may have already accrued $10 or more, however, Rewards Certificates are only issued after the end of the Rewards period. |

Rewards were deducted from my account for a Rewards Certificate, but I don’t see the Rewards Certificate yet. Why?

After the end of a Rewards period, we first deduct the Rewards from your account to process them into a Rewards Certificate. While we are processing your Rewards, you will see “In Progress” display on the “Get My Rewards” page. The Rewards Certificate information will display once the certificate is ready for you to print. You will receive an email notification when your Rewards Certificate is ready to print or you can log-in to your account and click “Get My Rewards.” |

What does "In Progress" mean?
|

While we are processing your Rewards after the end of a Rewards period, this status will display on the “Get My Rewards” page. Once your Rewards Certificate is ready to print, the Rewards Certificate information will display. You will receive an email notification when your Rewards Certificate is ready to print or you can log-in to your account and click “Get My Rewards.” |

How can I check the balance on my Rewards Certificate?
|
 |
Log in to your account and click on “Get My Rewards.” All unexpired certificates will display on that page. Certificates with a balance remaining will display in the “Certificates with available balance” section. The current balance will display in the “Balance” column. Remaining balances will also show on the bottom of your store receipt. |

Can I re-print my Rewards Certificate?

Yes, members who receive Rewards online can re-print their unexpired Rewards Certificates. To print your Rewards Certificate, log in to your account and click “Get My Rewards.” Then select the certificates that you want to print and click “Print My Rewards Certificate.” |

What if I don't have a printer to print my Rewards Certificate?
|

No problem! Simply visit one of our stores to access your account and print your Rewards Certificate. |

What if I lose my Rewards Certificate?
|
 |
We cannot replace Rewards Certificates that are lost, stolen or expired. Lost Rewards Certificates that have not been used may be reprinted by logging into your account and clicking on “Get My Rewards.” Please safeguard your Rewards Certificate and treat it like cash as certificates whose balance has been used cannot be replaced. |

When do Rewards Certificates expire?

All Rewards Certificates expire 90 days after the date of issuance at midnight ET on the expiration date. Certificates cannot be reissued if they have expired. |

Are there any limitations as to what I can buy with my Rewards Certificate(s)?

Rewards Certificate(s) can be used on purchases of merchandise that Office Depot sells in-store, online and by phone, excluding any type of prepaid gift, merchandise, debit, phone or service cards |

From there, you can change your preference to begin receiving communications about these offers and promotions. |

When will I receive Bonus Rewards?

Bonus Rewards will post to your account along with any other Rewards you may have earned in a Rewards period. Some Bonus Rewards may take up to 6 weeks to display on your account. |

What do I get back for each cartridge recycled?
|
 |
For every cartridge you recycle in-store, you get $2 back in Recycling Rewards! Up to a limit of 10 cartridges per month. You can recycle additional cartridges but Recycling Rewards will only be issued on the monthly limit. |
 |

Is there a limit to the amount of Rewards I can get?
|
 |
Yes, your Recycling Rewards will be granted when you make qualifying Office Depot® purchases and will not exceed the amount of your total qualifying Office Depot® purchases made within a Reward period. Qualifying purchases exclude taxes; delivery fees; postage stamps; prepaid gift, debit, phone, or service cards; and purchases made with Office Depot® Rewards and Merchandise Cards/Certificates. For example:
Recycle 5 cartridges and your potential Recycling Rewards = $10. You’ll only get
- $10 in Recycling Rewards if you spend $10 on qualifying purchases in the same Reward Period in which the cartridges are recycled
- $0 in Recycling Rewards if you do not make any qualifying purchases in the same Reward Period in which the cartridges are recycled
Recycle 2 cartridges and your potential Recycling Rewards = $4. You’ll only get:
- $4 in Recycling Rewards if you spend $4 on qualifying purchases in the same Reward Period in which the cartridges are recycled. Note: No Rewards are issued unless you earn a minimum of $10 in Rewards within a Rewards Period. Therefore, in this example, you must earn an additional $6 in Rewards to reach a total of $10 in Rewards.
- $0 in Recycling Rewards if you do not make any qualifying purchases in the same Reward Period in which the cartridges are recycled and you don’t earn a minimum of $10 in Rewards.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your Recycling Rewards to post to your account after qualifying purchases are made.

We reserve the right to decline acceptance of visibly damaged cartridges for recycling. You can redeem your Recycling Rewards before the expiration date in-store, online or by phone on purchases of merchandise only, which exclude any type of prepaid gift merchandise, debit, phone, or service cards, including, without limitation, Visa, MasterCard and AmEx debit cards, prepaid telephone cards, etc. Rewards Certificates may not be exchanged for Office Depot® Gift or Merchandise Cards. |
